I have been teaching through Preply for a year now. I worked at the university grading and tutoring music theory for a year and a half before transitioning to work from home. My degree included classes in music theory, teaching music, songwriting, voice lessons, and other general music courses. I have a bachelor's degree in music with a minor in vocal performance. I use illustrations, new explanations, practical examples, and original teaching techniques to clear up anything that was not understood the first time. Every lesson is planned specifically for you. I help my students by adapting to a pace that fits each one. I am open to teaching songwriting as well, as that was a big portion of my degree. Primarily I teach music theory, but I also have experience teaching voice. I have been studying music for several years and have been tutoring and teaching music for two and a half years, first at a university and now through Preply.
